Da' Roofers is seeking motivated and independent Field Operations Representatives to support our marketing efforts in the Montgomery County area. This is an at-will, independent contractor position (1099) that operates on a project-to-project basis, offering you total control over your own schedule.
As a Field Ops Rep, you will handle the ground-level logistics that keep our projects moving and our pipeline full. You’ll be responsible for helping us expand our reach through local "Radius Blitz" marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Radius Blitz Marketing: Distribute 20-30 promotional flyers or door hangers to homes immediately surrounding our inspection sites.
Lead Generation: Source and book "Qualified Inspection Appointments" with legal homeowners within a 30-mile radius of Olney, MD.
Requirements
Reliable Transportation: You must provide your own vehicle.
Technology: Must have a smartphone capable of capturing/uploading photos and navigating shared drives.
Self-Starter Mentality: You determine your own methods and schedule to complete tasks.
Professionalism: While no MHIC license is required for this marketing role, you must represent the brand professionally during site visits.
