WCA Annual Holiday Bazaar

Be part of one of the most beloved community events of the season—the annual WCA Holiday Bazaar! This festive event brings together the entire Washington Christian Academy and Olney communities for a day filled with food, shopping, and fellowship. There are many ways to get involved—become a vendor and showcase your handmade crafts or products, sign up for a community sponsorship to promote your business across WCA’s social media and emails reaching over 5,000 local followers, donate to Attic Treasures, or simply come enjoy delicious ollie bollies, the bake sale, artisan booths, and family activities.

It’s a joyful day that supports WCA student trips and celebrates the spirit of the season. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, share, and celebrate with our vibrant community!

 Vendor Info & Requirements:

•  Booth Fee: $75 (non-refundable)

•  Set-Up: Begins at 12:00 PM (no earlier)

•  Breakdown: Must be completed by 5:00 PM

•  Booth Size: 8x8 ft (please bring your own table)

•  Wi-Fi Available

•  Booth placement assigned by event organizers

 How to Apply:
Submit your application for review. Once approved, you’ll receive:

1. A confirmation email

2. A payment link

3. Final approval to join the event

 Booth payment is required immediately upon confirmation to secure your spot.
A 3% processing fee applies to electronic payments. NO checks please
