In this workshop led by Bonny Lundy, we will strive to capture the essence of autumn in our unspoiled, natural places in Montgomery County. Bonny will demonstrate many ways of painting the autumn landscape with atmospheric color and light from photographs and imagination. Participants are encouraged to bring personal photos of local nature. Open to all levels but some watercolor experience is helpful. 1 or 2 day workshop option. November 14th and 15th. 10 am - 4 pm. Supply list. Bonny Lundy is a celebrated watercolor artist and well-regarded art instructor in the Washington, DC area. She has taught outdoor watercolor, drawing, painting and mixed media through Smithsonian Associates, Glen Echo Park, and numerous other locations both locally and internationally. Bonny's colorfully expressive work has been exhibited and collected widely during her 30+ year career.
