Foundations Psychotherapy presents a Kintsugi Healing Circle

In partnership with Dinah Simpson, HighKi Living, join Foundations Psychotherapy for an intimate Spring Equinox Healing Circle for Women.  This is a 3-hour immersive experience designed to support women in reflection, healing, and reconnection with themselves and other women.  Inspired by the Japanese Art of Kintsugi, repairing broken pottery with gold, this workshop honors the truth that our experiences, including grief, loss, life transitions, and the need to step more authentically into ourselves, are not flaws to hide but meaningful parts of our story.  The places that once felt broken can become sources of strength, wisdom, and beauty.  We hope to see you there
