A Caregiver Conversation & Book Signing
Join us for a meaningful gathering centered on caregiving, compassion, and the enduring bond between spouses navigating dementia.
The event will begin with a thoughtful presentation by Steve Lorberbaum of Assisting Hands Home Care, LLC,
“I’m a Caregiver — Now What?” — a practical and supportive discussion focused on stress management, emotional resilience, and caregiving resources, shared in a respectful and understanding environment.
Following the presentation, we are honored to host a book signing with resident spouse, Mr. Tarka, author of Forever Bound. His collection of poems offers a deeply personal reflection on devotion, presence, and the small acts of love that continue even as memory changes.
For professionals in senior care, this event is a meaningful opportunity to pause and reconnect with why we do this work — to see our industry through the lens of a caregiver, and to understand the real impact our services have on families beyond clinical outcomes.
Complimentary signed copies of Forever Bound will be available for the first 20 attendees.
Open to caregivers, families, and senior care professionals. We hope you’ll join us for this moment of reflection and connection.
