7:30 AM Joe's Ride

Sign up now for the 12th Annual Joe’s Ride and Stride, offering 10K, 30K and 45K bike rides, a 5K Stride and a children’s bike rodeo. The event, part of the annual Olney Days Celebration, will begin at 7 a.m. on May 17 at Oakdale Emory Church, 3425 Emory Church Road. Joe’s Ride helps to recognize and remember all the families in the Olney area who have endured the sorrow of losing a child.  Joe Sanford was a brave and inspiring ten-year-old Olney boy who courageously battled brain cancer for three years before passing away in 2002.
