DESCRIPTION:HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT NATIONAL NIGHT OUT?\n\n\nWe invite residents and business to support Olney's award-winning National Night Out\, a celebrated community event that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie\, making Olney a safer\, more caring place to live.\n\n\n\nOut of 16\,000 participating communities worldwide\, sponsoring organization National Association of Town Watch ranked Olney's 2023 National Night Out an impressive 16th in our population category!\n\n \n\nThis year's event will be held on August 6\, 5-8 p.m. at Fair Hill Shopping Center\, and we anticipate another vibrant turnout from our local community. Funds raised from this event benefit:\n\n\n The Officer Noah Leotta Olney Police Satellite Station\n Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department\n Maryland-National Capital Park Police\n Officer Leotta "Act Responsibly" Scholarship\n\nWe are requesting the support of everyone (not just Chamber members or event participants) to help make this event an even greater success. Supporting this event is an opportunity for you to show appreciation for our first responders and contribute to the safety and well-being of our community.\n\n\n\nDONATE HERE.\n\nYou can support the event in the following ways:\n\n\n Direct Donation: Any amount directly supports the organizations and initiatives mentioned above.\n Percentage of Sales: Businesses may donate a percentage of your sales from a specific day\, weekend\, or week leading up to the event.
