DESCRIPTION:Montgomery Psychological Services has openings for our 24 week Adult DBT Skills Group that will be starting on Friday mornings in our office in the Chevy Chase Building (right off Friendship Heights metro and across the street from Sax Fifth Avenue on Wisconsin Avenue). This is a skills group only designed for anyone who would benefit from learning DBT skills and tools and/or who may want a refresher on skills previously learned\, and it is a great adjunct to individual therapy. If you have any clients or know anyone who might benefit from participating\, please send them our way.
